What's it all about then?
The Prediction League (or more accurately Prediction Leagues) is a collection of leagues targeted on a team or selection of teams (not recommended, but it sort of works) run by administrators of fanzine sites or (quite frequently) rivals.net team sites.
You what?
Look, it's quite simple, honest! Rather than having one prediction league with loads of users and different teams (some of which you haven't got a clue about how they're playing), I decided to set up some technology to allow interested administrators to set up their own prediction leagues focused on their particular team. They can colour code their home page to match their team colours and attract users who are genuinely interested in predicting on *their* team rather than other teams.
So how do I take part?
Simple, just register if you haven't already then get on with predicting. Couldn't be much easier than that, could it?
Why isn't my prediction appearing?
If you've somehow found a way past the main login part of the site without verifying your user name and password and forced a prediction on to the system, don't be surprised when you don't appear in the league table... until you're verified, you don't exist as far as the system is concerned. All you need to do is log in on the front page (here) and if you aren't verified, the system will take you through the procedure.
How does the scoring system work?
Look here and find out all about it.
