Looking ahead to this weekends forthcoming Tennants Cup action, it is travelling team Falkirk that catches our eye as they go south of the border to tackle "Scottish" 3rd division team Berwick Rangers.

Falkirk were in sensational form through December and saw them beat Hibs 2-1, Glasgow Rangers 1-0 and most recently Inverness 3-1. They will have no fears in having to travel to the only English club in a Scottish league.

Berwick were also unbeaten through December but you have to consider the level of opposition they have faced !! They beat Elgin who are rock bottom of the pile, and also Albion Rovers....who are 4th bottom !! Their 2-0 defeat of Arbroath was better but they will need to lift their game several notches if they are to have any effect in this tie.
